This is a 2-story structure with stairs, and there are no child safety gates installed on the stairway; young children must be supervised at all times. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM, and outdoor noise must be kept to a minimum during late evening and night hours. Smoking or vaping is not allowed inside; violation incurs a $500 cleaning fee. Unauthorized pets will incur a $300 fee per pet. Check-out time is 11:00 AM, and failure to adhere to this time will result in a $75 per hour fee for late check-out beginning after 11:30 AM. Parties and events of any kind are prohibited, and any violation will result in the immediate cancellation of the reservation with no refund and a $300 unauthorized party fee. Please do not set the fan to "On" as it will run continuously without improving cooling, and do not set the A/C below 69°F to avoid freezing the system. When checking out or leaving for an extended time, please set A/C to 77°F to conserve energy. If hot water runs out, please allow time for the water heater to recover. Guests are asked to wash any used dishes and dispose of trash properly. Bins are located on the side of the house, and if possible, please roll bins to the curb the night before pickup. Do not place bags outside of the bins to prevent animal disturbances. This is a quiet residential neighborhood, and guests are asked to be respectful of neighbors at all times.
