The kitchen is fully stocked with a fridge, stove, oven, a set of 4 pots, a complete cutlery set, coffee maker, kettle, rice cooker, cutting board, coffee cups, small glasses, frying pans, wine glasses, and plates.
A private backyard provides space to relax. Parking is available in the garage, with space for 2 cars in the driveway and additional street parking in front of the house. Pets are welcome with advance approval and a one-time fee per pet per stay, with additional cleaning fees based on the length of stay. Visitors are generally not allowed without prior notification.

Parties and loud music are not allowed, with a $1000 fee if a party is discovered or a neighbor complains of excessive noise.
