A strict no-party policy is enforced, and any violation will result in police being called and everyone being removed from the property with no refunds. No unauthorized guests are allowed at the unit or pool, with a $100 fine per guest if discovered. All guests are required to sign a rental agreement before receiving check-in instructions. A background check is required for all guests, who will be asked to provide a valid government ID. Early check-in can be requested a day before the arrival date and is subject to approval, with a rate of $20 per hour before check-in time. Standard check-in time is from Mon-Sat at 4:00 PM and 5:00 PM during Sundays. Late check-out is subject to approval and must be notified in advance. Standard check-out time is 10:00 AM. Late check-out at 11:00 AM costs $20.00, and at 12:00 PM it costs $40.00. Any guest checking out beyond 12:00 PM is subjected to a penalty of $300.00 and immediate expulsion. Parties are not allowed in this property, including loud music, with a fee of $1000 if a party is discovered or if a neighbor complains of excessive noise. If an excessive mess is discovered after your stay, you will be charged accordingly on top of the standard cleaning fee. You will be charged for stained or damaged sheets/towels. Please don’t use the face or bath towel as a kitchen towel; there will be a $10 charge if face towels are stained. If there is no paper towel, please let us know. Extra towels and sheets are not provided. Packages/mail are not allowed to be sent to the address you’re staying at. You may deliver items to the door, or to a local FedEx/UPS.
