Standard check-out time is 10:00 AM; late check-out at 11:00 AM costs $20, at 12:00 PM costs $40, and checking out beyond 12:00 PM incurs a $300 penalty and immediate expulsion. This property enforces a strict no-party policy, with Ring Cameras monitoring the entrance and noise detectors installed inside; any party activity will result in police intervention and immediate eviction without refunds, and unauthorized guests at the unit or pool will incur a $100 fine per person. Smoking, drug, and vape use is not allowed inside the unit, on the balcony, or in the hallways of the building, with a $1000 fine for violations. Quiet hours are strictly observed from 10 pm to 8 am, and a $1000 fine will be charged for parties or excessive noise complaints. Guests will be charged for excessive mess, stained or damaged sheets and towels (including a $10 charge for stained face towels), and any missing or damaged items.
