This is a strict no-party property. Ring cameras monitor the entrance, and noise detectors are installed inside. Any party activity will prompt police intervention and immediate eviction without refunds. Unauthorized guests at the unit or pool will incur a $100 fine per person. Guests are required to sign a rental agreement and pass a background check, providing a valid government ID. Early check-in can be requested a day before arrival for $20 per hour, with standard check-in from Monday-Saturday at 4:00 PM and Sunday at 5:00 PM. Standard check-out is 10:00 AM. Late check-out at 11:00 AM costs $20.00, at 12:00 PM it costs $40.00, and checking out beyond 12:00 PM incurs a $300.00 penalty and immediate expulsion. Pets must be disclosed and approved in advance, with no pets over 50 lbs. Pet cleaning fees are: 1-2 nights: $100/pet, 3-6 nights: $150/pet, 7-29 nights: $250/pet, and 30+ nights: $300/month/pet. Quiet hours are strictly observed from 10 pm to 8 am, and there is a $1000 fee if a party is discovered or if a neighbor complains of excessive noise. Charges apply for excessive mess, stained or damaged sheets/towels, and a $10 charge if face towels are stained from improper use. Extra towels and sheets are not provided. Packages and mail are not allowed to be sent to the address. There are charges for missing or damaged items, a $600 penalty for lost keys/clicker/fob/parking permit, and a $500 penalty for lockout assistance. Do not alter any safety device; a security camera points at the door entrance, and blocking or disconnecting it will lead to immediate termination of your stay with no refund.
