Any party activity will prompt police intervention and immediate eviction without refunds. Unauthorized guests at the unit or pool will incur a $100 fine per person. Quiet hours are strictly observed from 10 pm to 8 am, with a $1000 fine if a party is discovered or a neighbor complains of excessive noise. Smoking, drug, and vape use is not allowed inside the unit, on the balcony, or in the hallways of the building, with a $1000 fine if discovered or reported. Pets must be disclosed and approved in advance, with no pets over 50 lbs. Pet cleaning fees are $100 per pet for 1-2 nights, $150 per pet for 3-6 nights, $250 per pet for 7-29 nights, and $300 per month per pet for 30+ nights. Visitors are generally not allowed without prior notification. All guests are required to sign a rental agreement and pass a background check, providing a valid government ID. Self-check-in and check-out are available. Standard check-in time is 4:00 PM from Monday to Saturday and 5:00 PM on Sundays. Early check-in can be requested a day before arrival for $20 per hour.
