All guests are required to sign a rental agreement before receiving check-in instructions. Early check-in can be requested a day before the arrival date and is subject to approval, with a rate of $20 per hour before the standard check-in time of 4:00 PM from Monday to Saturday and 5:00 PM on Sundays. Late check-out is subject to approval and must be notified in advance; late check-out at 11:00 AM costs $20.00, and at 12:00 PM it costs $40.00. Any guest checking out beyond 12:00 PM is subjected to a penalty of $300.00 and immediate expulsion. Smoking, drug, and vape use is not allowed inside the unit, on the balcony, or in the hallways of the building, and there is a $1000 fine if discovered or reported. Quiet hours are strictly observed from 10pm to 8am, and parties are not allowed in this property, including loud music, with a fee of $1000 if a party is discovered or if a neighbor complains of excessive noise. If an excessive mess is discovered after your stay, you will be charged accordingly on top of the standard cleaning fee, and you will be charged for stained or damaged sheets/towels. There will be a $10 charge if face towels are stained. You will be charged for any missing or damaged items, and there is a $600 penalty for lost keys/clicker/fob. Do not alter any safety device, and blocking or disconnecting the security camera pointing at the door entrance will lead to immediate termination of your stay with no refund. There is a $500 penalty if you’re locked out and will need someone to assist you. All stays longer than 29 days must be cleaned by the housekeeping team for $150, which must be paid for by the guest.
