The Maxwell

Since Greystar took over management last year, The Maxwell has seen a huge improvement! There were definitely some challenges at first, but the new community manager, Jay, has done an incredible job turning things around. He was able to address issues quickly and has made a real difference in the community.

The entire office team—Jay, Tina, and Cece—are all fantastic. They’re friendly, professional, and always willing to help. You can tell they genuinely care about the residents.

The new... maintenance crew is also amazing. They respond quickly, get the job done right, and keep everything running smoothly.

Terrible apartment complex. Not kept up well. Fire alarms always going off year round due to poor piping. People park anywhere they want and will block you in and create road hazards. Maintenance is overall terrible. Only positive thing I can say is the layout is nice.

I love living at the Maxwell. The apartments are spacious and well-appointed. There is a ton of storage inside. At times, like weekend, it can be a bit noisy, the reality is overall it is a quiet home that I truly feel safe and at home in.

I’ve been living here four years now and everything has always been kept up maintenance is always on time and efficient.

I love the Maxwell. The units are spacious, tall cowlings, modern styling, and easy to get in and out. Cece has been amazing and very helpful with anything I need. In a time when customer satisfaction is an afterthought for most companies, the Maxwell and Cece go above and beyond. I highly recommend!
