Premier prices for not premier housing.

Location is the only thing it has going for it. West end so it's way quieter than anywhere else.

- Parking is awkward, and the layout is designed for failure in some spots.
- Buildings were built in 1985 and it definitely shows it's age.
"renovated" is a term used very loosely. Units are barely, if at all, insulated.
- Air conditioning is a dream at best. Your a/c will never cool to where you want it to be. (unless you like 80*)
- Flooring is as cheap as it gets. Linoleum flooring and cheap… tile. Easy to clean, but the tile does crack if you look at it funny.

- If you still have looked away, then prepare for the German Roaches. They will pop up and be a nightmare to deal with.
Prepare yourself for it.

- Maintenance team and Office staff are slow to respond to any reported issues.
Understandably so though. They are in charge of extinguishing a dumpster fire with a can of gasoline.

West End- This is Where You Want To Be

We lived at Campeche Cove Apartments for 13 months, we had to move due to family issues and can’t wait to move back. Great office staff! Efficient Maintenance! Love this place.

I love this apartment complex!

I love this apartment complex!! We moved in in June and absolutely love our apartment! I was worried about roaches or bugs moving into an apartment but have never seen one, not even a spider! The balcony is a great size and has beautiful views. It is relaxing watching the fish, turtles and crabs go swimming by. The inside feels very open and love the large bathroom. The complex always looks clean and well kept. The management is awesome and so sweet. Very friendly place and quiet. There is just… so much more that I could say about this place and definitely don’t think we could of found a better apartment in Galveston.

Customer service/maintainance

Office personnel, management as well as maintainance are amazing! Maintainence man named Thomas is wonderful! Very kind, efficient, does great work in a timely manner and cleans up when he is done! As a 5 year resident, I am so pleased with our choice in Cameche Cove Apartments!! Thank you for caring about your tenants!!!!

Great place to live - lake view and beach just moments away

Campeche Cove Apartments are the best deal going in town. I'm fortunate enough to have a lake view and LOVE it! The office management team is spot on professional, readily available and looks out for the best of the residents. The maintenance team is timely, courteous and reliable. I love the location at the west end - always quiet and so close to the beach. I would recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking to move into a well taken care of property for a reasonable price. Parking… is a little tricky sometimes but that's nothing!
