It's an ok place

This is a good Apartment to live in but the roaches are bad. I don't like that they use part of your deposit to clean the rugs once you move out. The view from the apartments when the fireworks are going off every Friday & Saturday during June & July is spectacular

Parc at Marina Landings

Great location! Nice view of the bayou and right across from moody gardens! Clean and well maintained by the maintenance staff. The owner is very friendly.

Love this apartment community!!

Immediately upon visiting the leading office I felt welcomed and already apart of their community. I love that the staff works together like a real team and I didn't receive a bunch of "I don't know" answers. Although I wasn't able to see a unit the first time I visited, I went back and they made sure I did. I really appreciate the cleanliness, quiet, and real home feel of The Parc at Marina Landing. I asked so many questions and Joel answered every one of them with patience.
