The master bedroom also features lovely French doors that overlook the pool. The 3.5 bathrooms are clean, fresh, and modern with high-end finishes. The master bath contains a gorgeous vanity, beautiful tiling, a standing shower, and a soaking tub. The spacious living room features a fireplace and is beautifully furnished and accessorized with comfy couches and chairs. The living room opens to a dining area and a gorgeous, bright kitchen with a breakfast area. The fully equipped kitchen is modern with a stunning island, stainless steel appliances, and plenty of cabinets to store your snacks. Plus, the barstools at the island combined with the dining and breakfast areas add up to tons of spots to sit and enjoy your meals. Off the main living area, you’ll have your very own game room with cozy furniture and funky décor. The amazing backyard features a large pool that will keep you cool and provide hours of fun and also a hot tub for the cooler days. The yard is completely fenced-in to allow you the utmost privacy. There is also lots of patio seating all around including lounge chairs, a hammock, and an outdoor seating and dining area so that you can chill poolside, catch some rays, or cozy up with a book.

Just an 11-minute drive away, you’ll find Lake Ray Hubbard, known in the city as the perfect place to relax. There is a very special Bass Pro Shops located right here by the lake, offering great views, shopping, an aquarium, arcade, on-site restaurant, and a private sand beach. The Garland Landmark Museum is located 12 minutes away and the San Martino Winery and Vineyards, 25 minutes away. There’s also not one, but two water parks perfect for family fun — Hawaiian Falls Water Park is 18 minutes away and Surf and Swim is only 6 minutes away. Historic Downtown Garland is another local landmark that you absolutely must visit. In 2017, it was added to the National Register of Historic Places. It’s the true gem of the city and has many historic buildings, shops and boutiques with specialty items, local cafes and restaurants, and live music at night in the bars.
