GREAT JOB (:

The management team and staff are generally very friendly, responsive, and helpful. The office staff always greets you with a smile when you walk in the office and ready to assist you. As for maintenance, hands down they are fast on getting work orders completed; THANK YOU! Now let me not forget to mention the porter gentlemen. He's always on top of keeping the property clean. THANK YOU! The apartment complex is very quiet, nights, and even on weekends. I highly recommend you check them out… (:

Dangerous

There are daytime shootings, and the cops are here for out of seven days of the week because of fighting and just violence.

Your cars will be wrecked and broke into.

Your mail will be stolen from your front door.
If you’re expecting packages, you better be waiting outside to grab it cause other residents here will take it

I like the apartment and the management is great if you have questions they answer it. It quite at night and close to public transportation!

Nice place

The outside isn’t so great but the inside of the apartments are really nice! The managers and maintenance give me no problems. Property manager Ana and Veronica are very patient and kind about how things are handled. When something needs to be notified about or fixed the maintenance comes ASAP!

Its cheap

They threaten to tow your cars,the parking does not have a hood. The trash is always overflowing and there s always beer bottles all over the ground.It does not have 24 hrs availability. The apartments become bug infested very quickly and they don't fix it. The closets are not big like shown in the photos and in my apartment out washer/dryer are inside one of the bedroom closets. Meaning other people can you use it while they are asleep.
