Roach Infested!!!
These apartments are good picture wise , i must say my first 3 months here i started seeing roaches. I have never experienced roaches so i was a bit surprised to see so many. Coming out the drains, in the bathrooms as well as coming out the vents. To pay over $1600 a month for a 2 bedroom apartment that’s roach infested is insane. Definitely have to get better with the roach problem, an exterminator is needed for sure . The roaches have became my roommates at this point. Packages also get stolen… out of the mailroom and nothing gets done about it, they have a camera in the mailroom that’s useless, doesn’t see anything it needs to see. They get you reeled in with the free TV & the 2 months free of rent but it’s not worth the roaches. I wish i would’ve read the reviews before signing my lease
