This home is designed to be your home away from home and features a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, including a fridge, freezer, stove, oven, dishwasher, and microwave, as well as cooking essentials. The open-concept layout makes it easy to socialize whether you’re lounging in the living room with its L-shaped sectional and arm chairs, designer rug, artwork, and coffee table, or snacking at the dinner table. There is a dedicated formal dining area with seating for 8 and a cozy breakfast nook with seating for 4, as well as place settings and dining utensils. The bathrooms are sparkling clean with a spa-like atmosphere and walk-in showers for easy access. Essential toiletries, such as towels, soap, and toilet paper, are provided.
Pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet, with a maximum of 2 pets per stay. Free parking is available with space for 2 cars in the garage and 2 cars in the driveway.

To be a good neighbor and host responsibly, comply with local noise ordinances and occupancy regulations, and prevent unauthorized parties, a noise alert device has been installed in our home. This device is not recording nor storing sound data and only functions to measure decibels and send alerts in case reasonable noise levels are exceeded.
