Any excess of occupancy, and/or violation of permit may result in immediate cancellation and removal. No smoking inside the house, or on-premises within 6-feet of any doorway. Check-in is after 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM, with self-check-in via SmartLock. Parking is on the driveway and in garages only. Cars are limited to a maximum of 1 per booked guest, up to available spots to park on the driveway and garages (max of 8). Failure to vacate the property within 30 minutes of check-out time/turnover crew's arrival after check-out time will result in a $50 charge. Max of 2 dogs, up to 30 lbs. each, are allowed. Please pick up after your pets. Early check-in or late check-out requests must be approved beforehand and may incur fees.
