You will not have access to the community pools or amenities as they are restricted to residents only.

Parking on the street or in front of neighbors' houses is a violation and may result in immediate cancellation and removal. Cars are limited to a maximum of one per booked guest, up to available spots on the driveway and garages, with a maximum of eight. Use of the basketball court is restricted to outside quiet hours of 10 PM to 6 AM. No parties or events are allowed, and unauthorized parties will incur a $500 fee, an additional $200 cleaning fee, and any refund we may have to provide to arriving guests affected by the rule violation. Max of two dogs up to 30 lbs each are allowed. No smoking inside the house or within 6 feet of any doorway. Failure to vacate the property within 30 minutes of checkout time or turnover crew’s arrival after checkout time will incur a $50 fee.
