Welcome to your Grand Prairie retreat! This 5-bedroom, 4-bath luxury home is designed for relaxation, entertainment, and making memories. The spacious living room offers comfortable seating and large windows that allow natural light to flood the space. The fully stocked kitchen is a chef’s dream, featuring stainless steel appliances and ample counter space. Adjacent to the kitchen, the elegant dining area offers seating for your whole group. Each bedroom is thoughtfully designed, with the primary bedroom featuring a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Guests will have full access to the entire home, including the spacious living areas, garages, bedrooms, and bathrooms, with the only exception being a locked cleaning closet in the upstairs hallway for supplies. Free parking is available on-site, and Wi-Fi access is provided throughout the space for your convenience. You will not have access to the community pools or amenities as they are restricted to residents only.

Check-in is after 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. Self-check-in is available with a SmartLock. Parking is allowed on the driveway and garages only. Parking on the street or in front of neighbors' houses is a violation and may result in immediate cancellation and removal. Cars are limited to a maximum of one per booked guest, up to available spots on the driveway and garages, with a maximum of eight. Use of the basketball court is restricted to outside quiet hours of 10 PM to 6 AM. No parties or events are allowed, and unauthorized parties will incur a $500 fee, an additional $200 cleaning fee, and any refund we may have to provide to arriving guests affected by the rule violation. Max of two dogs up to 30 lbs each are allowed. No smoking inside the house or within 6 feet of any doorway. Failure to vacate the property within 30 minutes of checkout time or turnover crew’s arrival after checkout time will incur a $50 fee.
