Edith showed my family and I around the complex and I was thoroughly impressed by everything. This complexwill definitely be one of my top considerations!

Edith was great! The tour she gave me really helped me see the apartment, unit, and amenities. The units themselves are all renovated and look great, though I will note that there are no proper bathtubs- it's a walk-in shower situation instead. I had no problem with that but some people may want to know this beforehand.
The amenities are well-kept, though some of it was under construction when I visited so there will certainly be even more to offer. The location is the main draw though- walking… trails guide you straight to the Epic area and encircle the property so you can safely walk as you want. The management staff is highly knowledgeable, helpful, hardworking, and dedicated. Edith has gone above and beyond to ensure the residents have a safe, clean, and comfortable community to call home.
The grounds and common areas are always well-maintained and tidy.
Edith has made major improvements since becoming the community manager. She’s very efficient in organizing events like potlucks, Tuesday morning mingles, arts & crafts, and other fun activities, giving the residents a chance to meet… their neighbors.
Whenever I submit a maintenance request, I get prompt responses from Wanda or Miguel, who quickly and thoroughly make sure I have a great living environment—whether it’s changing a light bulb, servicing plumbing or electrical systems. They are always on top of things.
