My first

Maintenance are amazing, office staff are awesome, gym is clean, pools are very clean. Recommend if you are looking for a first apartment!

Love it here!

We became residents at Cobblestone earlier this year and let me tell ya, after a horrible experience of renting in Las Colinas, the staff at Cobblestone have restored our faith in property management and residential care! I've actually never met a better group of folks - everyone from Terri, Jerry, Yvette and all the maintenance guys - they are extremely communicative, relatable and friendly to residents - maintenance issues are handled promptly, the grounds are kept manicured, the pools are… very clean and there are no concerns for safety. It's a diverse group of residents here, which we really like! It is an older property - but we love that - the floor plans are awesome and they are doing some amazing upgrades on new rentals. Very happy to call Cobblestone Village our home - keep up the great work yall!!!

Very quiet place, no bugs?????? & lots of parking. Everyone in the office are very nice and helpful. Technician very excellent-he knows what his doing..

Worst place ever!!

Wouldn't recommend these to my worst enemy. Way overpriced, maintenance never gets done, old and falling apart, and the front office ladies are all lying backstabbers and fake. I'd rather live on the streets!
