By far one of the best apartment complexes in Greenville! The neighbors are nice, management is always welcoming and cares about the tenants.

Love living here
We love living here, the management is nice and caring and helped us through the process of applying and moving into our apartment. When we had any maintenance requests they was quick to respond and fixed the issue. We love love the amenities they offer,it’s a quiet community and the neighbors are friendly and we love the fact that they have different planned activities for the residents. We just love being here and being able to call this place home.

Nice place to live.
Nice apartments. Staff is friendly. Maintenance are kind and pretty efficient. Quiet community. I've lived here for almost two years. Clean grounds.

Great Apartments
These are the best, Management is Awesome. Maintenance is fast and does a Great job. Quiet living, with a great pool and Gym. Management always has something fun going on for the tenants. You need to come check them out

Look Elsewhere
Very disappointed with these apartments. Rent for current apartment went up $300. I am on month to month and they are taking that up to $250. I now have to come up with $550 more. I get there are new owners, but you would think these people would be considerate, especially now days. A heads up in advance would have been nice. Not even sure why my apartment is going up. I was told because of renovations. They haven't came in my apartment and did any renovations. So why is it going up?
