Feel like home, very nice and clean apartment, well maintained and like to swim in pool in the evening and walk in city of Groves Park. very peaceful environment.

Mold infested
Moved in this apartment complex January 1,2024. Between then and June 18,2024 we were moved into another complex due to mold and the sealing leaking. The new complex had mold as well. Also the stove fell apartment and the tubs are being painted when you first move in. Sent a picture to the manager of the stove and he told me I broke it because I want to break the lease. Never move in these apartment with your family. Very unprofessional.
