The primary bedroom features an en-suite bathroom with a head shower and soaking tub. The kitchen is fully loaded with pots, pans, silverware, kitchen utensils, plates, and much more, perfect for preparing meals with a large dining table, kitchen bar area, and breakfast nook. The large living room includes a 65” smart TV. The fenced-in backyard located by the creek features a huge pool area with an outdoor kitchen, lounge chairs, and a dining area with a mini seating area around a fire pit. You’ll be able to park in the 2-car garage that also has a large driveway with plenty of room to park as well. The interior is recently remodeled and professionally decorated making this home feel fresh and modern, yet still giving you the feeling of being right at home.
Pets are welcome with a fee of $150 per pet per stay. An additional nightly rate applies for more than six guests, with a fee of $39 per guest per night starting from the seventh guest. The fourth bedroom will be opened for groups of eight or more guests to accommodate their sleeping arrangements.
