The primary bedroom features an en-suite bathroom with a head shower and soaking tub. The kitchen is fully loaded with pots, pans, silverware, kitchen utensils, plates, and much more, perfect for preparing meals with a large dining table, kitchen bar area, and breakfast nook. The large living room comes with a 65” smart TV. The fenced-in backyard located by the creek includes a huge pool area with an outdoor kitchen, lounge chairs, and a dining area with a mini seating area around a fire pit. A brand new hot tub is also available for use. The home includes high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating, a washer/dryer, and toddler accessories. Parking is available in the 2-car garage and large driveway.
Pets are welcome with a fee of $150 per pet per stay. An additional nightly rate applies for more than six guests, with a charge of $39 per guest per night starting from the seventh guest. The fourth bedroom will be opened for groups of eight or more guests.
