This home features a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, including a fridge, freezer, stove, oven, dishwasher, and microwave, as well as a center kitchen island with bar-stool seating. There is a dinner table with seating for 6 and an additional breakfast nook with seating for 4. The cozy living room has comfortable seating with couches and armchairs, a flat-screen TV, and high-speed Wi-Fi. For entertainment, a ping pong table is available for your use. The backyard boasts an outdoor swimming pool with a fountain feature, a patio, and a BBQ grill in a fully fenced yard.
Pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet, with a maximum of 2 pets per stay. An additional nightly rate will be applied for more than six guests. Free parking is available.

To comply with local noise ordinances and occupancy regulations, and prevent unauthorized parties, a noise alert device has been installed in our home. The device is not recording nor storing sound data, but only functions to measure decibels and send alerts in case reasonable noise levels are exceeded.
