"I’ve lived here for over 3 years and highly recommend this community. The apartments are spacious, receive great natural light, and the appliances are completely updated. Maintenance is incredibly responsive; any minor issues I’ve had were resolved within 24 hours. Plus, the location is unbeatable—within walking distance to great restaurants, grocery stores, and public transit. Management is great with working with people that are having Financial struggles and are very generous and great. I’m… 100% satisfied with these apartments. Highly recommend."

Family Friendly & Kid Friendly

I have had a very positive experience living in this apartment community since 2024. The property is well-maintained, and the overall environment is peaceful, making it an ideal place to live. One of the standout aspects is the management—Karen, the landlord, is exceptionally professional, understanding, and attentive to residents’ needs.

Maintenance requests are handled promptly and efficiently, reflecting the team’s strong commitment to quality service. Any concerns are addressed in a timely… manner, which contributes to a smooth and stress-free living experience.

Not a place to call home

At first everything seemed perfect, they seemed very professional. Then you got to know how management really took care of things. You complain about an issue they act like they care and will take care of it asap, then days pass and you come to find out nothing was ever done about the issue, they even forgot to put in the work order. You have to bug them and bug them and you even start to feel like an annoying tenant and I am a loyal tenant. I even stopped complaining about certain apartment… problems because it takes weeks to get fixed. The neighborhood, is bad certain tenants cause too much trouble. Lots of tenants have lost trust in management. The way things are run in this apartment complex is unprofessional.
