New build, Great Management

Probably the best apartments you’ll find in the area. We moved in last summer and enjoyed every second of living here. Carissa has been helpful throughout our entire stay. She is so kind and great at timely communication.Application process is quick.. pool, gym, dog park are all great amenities. You can’t hear any neighbors above or below you. The apartment homes are built so beautifully, not cheap like all those other new builds.

Easiest Process Ever

This has been one of the easiest processes in my moving journey so far. Carissa has been incredibly supportive and has answered all of my questions with no hesitation. The complex is beautiful and I cannot wait to move in!

Awesome place to live!

We have loved living at NewEra! Management is great, the facilities are awesome, and it’s a really good deal. It is in a great location and is well maintained. Carissa helped us to sign our lease and she is great about reaching out.

AMAZING

we moved in december and this place is amazing. it’s modern and at a great price! the moving in process was easy with the help of carissa. it’s very hard to find a apartment without carpet and not outdated but this place has everything i’ve been looking for! wood floors, big windows, amazing kitchen, and the most modern bathroom EVER.
