This has been one of the easiest processes in my moving journey so far. Carissa has been incredibly supportive and has answered all of my questions with no hesitation. The complex is beautiful and I cannot wait to move in!

Awesome place to live!
We have loved living at NewEra! Management is great, the facilities are awesome, and it’s a really good deal. It is in a great location and is well maintained. Carissa helped us to sign our lease and she is great about reaching out.

AMAZING
we moved in december and this place is amazing. it’s modern and at a great price! the moving in process was easy with the help of carissa. it’s very hard to find a apartment without carpet and not outdated but this place has everything i’ve been looking for! wood floors, big windows, amazing kitchen, and the most modern bathroom EVER.

Great Place to Live
New Era Apartments has been a fantastic place to live! The apartments are brand new, so more modern feeling and clean. Tons of covered parking, a storage unit on site, and the area is gated. We’ve used the gym and pickleball court a ton. Also, Carissa is so nice! We moved in from out of state and she was super helpful through the lease and move in process, and she’s quick to respond to any questions or maintenance needs. Nothing but positives! I’d definitely recommend living here.
