Pets are not allowed; it is a $200 fine for this violation unless they are a service animal. There is a strict NO SMOKING rule, and devices are in place to detect it. Tampering with the smoke/noise detector will result in a $150 fine. A damage protection fee of $30 will be charged after the booking is confirmed. Vehicle registration is required the same day as check-in to avoid being towed. Pool rules are in place, and any violation will lead to a $500 fine and cancellation of your stay with no refund. Pool hours are 8:30 am-10 pm. Using the pool outside of those hours will result in a $150 fine. Guests are not allowed to order mail/packages to this location.
