The complex enforces a strict no-parties/noise violation policy. Any violation of the pool rules will lead to a $500 fine and cancellation of your stay with no refund. There is a strict NO SMOKING rule, and devices are in place to detect it; tampering with the device will result in a $150 fine. Pets are not allowed, and it is a $200 fine for this violation unless they are a service animal. The complex enforces a strict no-parties/noise violation policy; if you throw a party, trash the space, damage the unit, disrespect the property, or have a gathering with extra guests that are not reported in your initial booking, you will be fined $200. A guest sign-in form is required after booking as a screening process. A damage protection fee of $30 will be charged after the booking is confirmed. Early check-ins are not guaranteed and require prior approval and payment. Late checkouts must be approved by the management team, or you will be charged for the next night's stay. Do not order mail/packages to this location. Do not enter the leasing office or talk to the property management staff. Normal stains and wear and tear happen. If you do not see enough towels/linens for you when you arrive, please check the dryer. A washer and dryer are available for your use. The pool is closed during rainy weather or if thunder is present, and it is also closed every Monday and sometimes other days for regular cleanings. Pool hours are 8:30 am-10 pm. Using the pool outside of those hours will result in a $150 fine, and no refunds will be provided if not available outside of those hours.
