The living room is warm and inviting, with sectional sofas, a coffee table, a designer rug, a flat-screen TV, and high-speed Wi-Fi. A noise alert device is installed to monitor decibel levels and ensure compliance with local noise ordinances. Pets should be discussed in advance, and we only allow house-trained pets, asking that they keep off beds and furniture. Pet cleaning fees apply. Full disclosure of the number of people on the property is required at all times, with security camera verification to comply with local laws.
