Check-out time is 11:00 AM, with a $75 per hour fee for late check-out starting after 11:30 AM. Unauthorized parties will be stopped immediately, the reservation will be canceled with no refund, and a $300 fee will be charged. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM, and outdoor noise must be kept to a minimum. Please do not set the fan to "On" or the A/C below 69°F to avoid freezing the system. When checking out or leaving for an extended time, please set A/C to 77°F to conserve energy. If hot water runs out, please allow time for the water heater to recover. No need to make the beds, but please wash any used dishes and dispose of trash properly. Handle all appliances with care. Bins are located on the side of the house; if possible, please roll bins to the curb the night before pickup. Do not place bags outside of the bins to prevent animal disturbances. This is a quiet residential neighborhood; please be respectful of neighbors at all times. All TVs are smart TVs with apps for local channels, movies, and streaming services. A first aid kit and fire extinguisher are located in the kitchen.
