The kitchen is modern, charming, and functional, with ample countertops and a kitchen island, perfect for unleashing your inner chef. It includes stainless steel appliances such as a fridge, freezer, stove, oven, dishwasher, and microwave, along with all basic cooking essentials. The dedicated dining area is designed for sit-down meals, featuring a dining table with seat settings for 8 and decorative artwork for a restaurant-like environment. The living room is packed with entertaining elements, including an oversized U-shaped sectional, a large wall-mounted TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a pool table.
Free parking is available in the two-car garage, with additional street parking if needed. We welcome house-trained pets with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet, with a maximum of 2 pets per stay. An additional nightly rate applies for more than 6 guests, with a $29/night fee for each extra guest.

We do not allow parties or large unauthorized gatherings at our property. Only registered guests are allowed. A noise alert device is installed to monitor reasonable noise levels, ensuring compliance with local noise ordinances. Smoking of any type is not allowed, with violations subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. Check-in is at 4pm and checkout is at 10am. Pets should be discussed in advance, and we only allow house-trained pets, asking that they stay off beds and furniture. Pet cleaning fees apply. A full disclosure policy for the number of people on the property is in place, with security camera verification to comply with local laws.
