Our home caters to both short-term and medium-term stays, making it an excellent choice for corporate housing needs. Whether you find yourself temporarily displaced from your home or require accommodations for your team during an extended project in our area, we provide a welcoming and comfortable "home away from home" experience. The kitchen is modern, charming, and functional, with ample countertops and a kitchen island, offering plenty of space for you to unleash your inner chef. It includes stainless steel appliances like a fridge, freezer, stove, oven, dishwasher, and microwave, along with all basic cooking essentials.
Free parking is available to all guests in the two-car garage. If additional space is required, feel free to park on the streets as well. Early check-in and late check-out options are available, subject to availability, and may include a small additional fee. Our nightly rate includes the first six guests, with each additional guest incurring a $29/night fee. We welcome house-trained pets with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet, with a maximum of 2 pets per stay.

We do not allow parties or large unauthorized gatherings of any sort at our property. Only registered guests will be allowed over while you are renting our property. A noise alert device is installed to monitor reasonable noise levels, ensuring compliance with local noise ordinances and occupancy regulations. Smoking of any type is not allowed, with violations subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am. Pets should be discussed in advance, and we only allow house-trained pets, asking to ensure they keep off beds and furniture. Pet cleaning fees apply. Full disclosure policy for numbers of people on the property at any time with security camera verification to comply with local laws and booking platform policies.
