Guests will have exclusive access to the entire property, ensuring a private and comfortable stay. This includes a two-car garage with additional space available in the driveway, a spacious backyard with amenities like the hot tub and outdoor games, a private balcony, a game room, a fully equipped kitchen, and in-unit laundry. Quiet hours are between 11 PM and 8 AM. The hot tub should be covered when not in use to maintain cleanliness and temperature, and no glassware is allowed in or near the hot tub for safety reasons. A $250 cleaning fee may be assessed if the hot tub requires draining and refilling due to trash, food, vomit, or other debris. Only the guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property. If you’d like to have additional visitors, please contact the host for approval. Please be mindful of our neighbors by keeping noise levels reasonable, especially during quiet hours. Please do not rearrange the furniture or decor. If something needs to be adjusted, contact the host. Notify us immediately if anything breaks or is damaged during your stay. Illegal substances, activities, or firearms are strictly prohibited on the property. For your safety, there are exterior security cameras on-site. These do not monitor any interior or private areas.
