This home features a fully equipped chef’s kitchen with stainless steel appliances, including a fridge, freezer, stove, oven, dishwasher, and microwave. All basic cooking essentials are included. The dining area blends warm rustic and clean modern styles, featuring a dinner table with seating for 6+, place settings, dining utensils, and breakfast bar seating at the kitchen island. The living room offers a warm and inviting atmosphere with comfortable seating, a flat-screen TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, a coffee table, a media console, and a designer rug. There are 2 full bathrooms with an elegant freestanding soaking tub, double sinks, designer bath tiles, and essential toiletries. Enjoy the fully fenced backyard with a fire pit, lounge chairs, a paved patio space, and outdoor furniture. A washer and dryer are available for your use.
Free parking is available to all guests in the garage, on the driveway, and on the streets. An additional nightly fee of $29 per guest will be applied for parties of more than six.

Smoking of any type is not allowed, and violations are subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. Only registered guests are allowed on the property. Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am. We have installed a noise alert device in our home to comply with local noise ordinances and occupancy regulations, and prevent unauthorized parties. The device measures decibels and sends alerts if reasonable noise levels are exceeded.
