The updated kitchen features white cabinets, butcher block counters, and stainless-steel appliances and comes fully equipped with everything you’ll need. All linens and towels are provided. From the seventh guest onwards, a $39 fee per guest per night applies. The fourth bedroom opens for groups of 8+ guests. You'll relax in the soothing hot tub under the stars and gather around the crackling fire pit for cozy evenings. Landscaping is done once a week.
The neighborhood offers a good balance of residential living with access to local parks, shopping centers, and restaurants. You'll find a Walmart, Randalls, Kroger and Fiesta grocery stores 5 to 10 minutes from the home. Shopping is also available with Meyerland Plaza just 10 min away. When you're ready to explore downtown you'll get there in 30 minutes to go to the museums, zoo and the many things downtown Houston has to offer.
Only registered guests are allowed. No parties or large gatherings are permitted. No indoor smoking is allowed, and a $500 fine applies for violations. Smoke outdoors and dispose of cigarette butts properly. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 9 a.m. Drugs, weapons and inappropriate behavior are not allowed on the property. The total number of guests and pets spending the night must be registered in the reservation. All events must be previously discussed and explicitly authorized.
