Alden Park Kingsland

Alden Park Kingsland is awful. They switch management every 2-3 months. I’ve gotten nothing but terrible service from the leasing office & they’re extremely hard to reach. When they are finally reachable, they have attitudes. I was staying here for two years with someone whose name was on the lease, after they left they never took their name off of the lease while I continued to stay there. They told me time and time again that they did, but they never did, so I doubt I would be getting my... deposit back. They use some dumb app, Bilt, to pay the rent which malfunctions quite often so you never know how much you’re actually charged for rent, and when you ask them about it, they can just make up a number. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone EVER. The gates are broken, so anyone can just come in, & there is no security. Don’t be fooled by the parked constable truck that stays there in the front for visibility. It’s disgusting over here. I wouldn’t renew my lease if you paid me. Read More

DONT MOVE HERE! NEW MANAGER HAS NO CONFLICT RESOLVING SKILLS AND WOULD WEAPONIZE POLICE ON TENANTS AFTER PHYSICALLY VIOLATING THEM. This place have gone from bad to worse in the last year! Been living here with my family for couple of years and to see a beautiful complex with so much potential due to it location and size has deteriorated because of the tenants and lack off proper upkeep by the management is alarming.

The common areas like the walk ways are filthy and people are actually leaving... their garbages on the staircases for wild life to trash all over the place. If you are lucky, you might even step on urine in water bottles while walking in/out of apartment. There are build up of nasty food stains and dirt on the walls/stairs of building 4. Pests like roaches and bugs crawling all around the walls in the staircases. Due to people leaving trash everywhere , raccoons come out in numbers and they will definitely chase you lol(funny but not really).

People leaving bags and bags of garbage all over the compound and the little trash can by the car wash ports. Tenants with dogs not using leash or retractable device when walking with them. At night all you smell is heavy smell of Smoking, even though this is supposed to be a "smoke free"community.

The gym is always dirty, people leaving used paper towels and used bottles every where but the trash can. Not enough equipment. and I just went there today at 8am and the doors from the outside to access the gym are closed and I couldn't open it with even my key fob. I waited till 8:30am to see if other residents may have access but each person that went by couldn't.

The property is beautiful and in a great location. Not too far from the city but not too close. I’ve been living here for 2 months and I love it, great staff and the amenities are definitely the best part! Like who else has a car wash on site?! THEY DO!

Let me start by saying that the new management staff is amazing and understanding, they go above and beyond to resolve any issue. Maintenance is super fast with your requests & the pool is open all year year, which is amazing!

This place is trash since the new management company took over. They don’t clean the breezeways, they don’t do their job, they don’t do anything. I imagine they sit around all day scratching their heads without a clue how to run this place. Everything here is dirty now, the dumpster area, junky cars, sketchy looking people come and go whenever. The maintenance is unprofessional and so is the office staff, they don’t even have maintenance wearing uniforms. They want to raise rent not 50 not even... 100 but 200 dollars LMAO they are crazy this place ain’t worth more than 500 anymore. I could spend that type of money renting at a nicer place.
