Arrive Apartments

I have lived at Arrive now going on seven years. Though I don’t utilize all the amenities that they offer anymore. They do go out of their way to allow you to meet other people in the apartments, whether it is through a wine tasting, food, tasting, a party at the pool, food truck, etc. so you can do as much as you want or as little as you want it is up to you. There’s usually something going on at least once a week if not once every other week.
Nowadays, I have to say I like the closeness to the... Medical Center and to my Office. There are so many restaurants and bars that are within walking distance or 1 mile that should keep you happy for a while. Whole Foods is less than one block away. H-E-B is maybe a mile away. So would I recommend living at Arrive - Yes!

The maintenance of units has decreased in quality compared to living here prior. The amenities (e.g. hot tub) are rarely in working condition and elevators continue to have issues. Quynh is attentive to concerns and the concierge is always helpful.
