Avanti Cityside is a clean and well maintained property. The amenities such as the gym were a big plus for me. The only downside would be the parking as it's first come first serve for each floor of the parking garage and I work late leaving few options available by the time I get home. However, they do have reserved parking as an option to add to your lease. Overall, I'm very satisfied with my decision to live here.

I have been living here for several years now. Overall, the complex is fairly taken care of, maintained and management responds well to concerns. It can sometimes be messy on the weekends because of trash buildup, but it’s usually cleared and cleaned by Monday. They don’t usually raise lease renewal prices too high so I’d recommend it for people who stay put in several lease renewal contracts or for people who like 14 month leases.

The community is great and I love how the staff are always coming up with things for residents to do. All the staff members are friendly and make it a point to keep the property safe. The only downside is that we have one gate for entry and exit which can be a fire hazards in my opinion. Towing enforcement rules are always very fair as they leave a warning sticker before towing. That feature is appreciated so much. Overall we love our place at Avanti Cityside and hope they continue to exceed our... expectations.
