I've signed my 2nd lease and it keeps getting better. Management is doing a good job making updates and changes. They are keeping the property cleaner and I am happy about that. The only issue is still with people and them not cleaning up behind their dog's. They let them poop and done bother to pick it up. I think cameras in the area to catch these violators might cut down the occurrences. Overall I really enjoy living here. My Blue seems to like it too!

I’ve had a great experience living here. The apartment is clean, well-maintained, and in a convenient location close to shops and public transportation. The management team is responsive and helpful whenever I’ve had questions or maintenance requests. The building feels safe and quiet, and the neighbors are respectful. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and stress-free living experience.

Very grateful for the maintenance crew that we have in this community. If there’s any issue, they get it done.

Avanti Cityside is a clean and well maintained property. The amenities such as the gym were a big plus for me. The only downside would be the parking as it's first come first serve for each floor of the parking garage and I work late leaving few options available by the time I get home. However, they do have reserved parking as an option to add to your lease. Overall, I'm very satisfied with my decision to live here.
