Avati Cityside is truly an awesome place to stay. The staff creates a welcoming, family-like environment, and the location is incredibly convenient for daily life. With a great atmosphere, comfortable living spaces, and noticeable improvements in security, it’s a community I would highly recommend.

Avanti Cityside has been a great place to live. The community is clean, well-maintained, and the staff is always friendly and responsive. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and professionally, which really makes a difference. I would highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed place to call home.

Avanti Cityside is a great place to live. I like it here and my location, it's perfect for me. They have done a great job with improvements. They work hard trying to hold residents accountable for their lack of responsibility. Unless something major happens I plan to keep making Avanti Cityside my home.
