**Avanti Cityside Apartments**
3 years in and I'm still happy I signed here. The location is the obvious standout — quick access to Midtown, Downtown, and the Medical Center, with great highway access. Hard to beat for city living in Houston.
The units are well laid out with good natural light, and in-unit laundry. The air conditioner has been reliable through every Houston summer, which matters more than people realize until they're living it.
Management is solid. Maintenance requests get... handled in a reasonable timeframe and the front office staff is friendly and professional.
A few knocks: guest parking is genuinely limited to two parking garage floors, the walls are a bit thin so you can sometimes hear your neighbors, and street noise can be an issue on lower floors.
But overall, Avanti Cityside delivers. Well-run building, great location, comfortable units. For Houston apartment living, that combination is rarer than it should be.

I have been well pleased with my living experience at Avanti city space. The job that the office staff have done and the improvements that have been implemented, has truly been remarkable. Excited about what is yet to come here at Avanti city and I am on board. A community that strives together thrives together .
