The location of this complex is a huge plus. Service requests are always handled in a timely manner. The main downside is that the gate to the parking garage is frequently broken and left open.

The place is getting more run down over the year I have been here. Key fob works on occasion to get in. Broken glass on the parking garage, trash all over the parking garage. Pools are not working at times.

Not a big fan of having to pay to use the computers/printers as a resident. Typically as a resident that’s a free amenity but every complex isn’t the same. It also sucks that the pools were closed half of the summer.

Verified Renter

It is unrealistic to think that there will be no issues and concerns when living in an apartment community. However, it IS realistic to expect management to address the issues instead of defending the problem or defending WHY they won't (or can't) fix the problem. This represents very poor management skills and even worse people skills. There has been no improvement from management, as a whole, and you are just met with conflict and confrontation. Oh but they be on their BEST behavior when... trying to lease an apartment!
