The people in the office are NOT considerate of others they do not do well with fixing things around the property the people they have doing the work or have doing their job maybe it’s because they are half paid. I called to let the lady in the office know about my problem of my plugs on how they have wire tape keeping them together she begins to catch an attitude with me when her property is in the wrong. They are very unprofessional inconsiderate and they do not take in consideration of how... the living situation is in these apartments they paint over everything I moved in my apartment I had all grease stings water stains. The water pressure was extremely low the toilet was not working & the tub was stopped up. I was told that my reimbursement of my $175 they were going to pay 100 on my account for rental insurance and I look at my account and it’s -$20 I’ve only been here one month I put $40 on the insurance they did not create in my hundred dollars too much is $100 that I use out of my pocket to get my water speaks behind my stove that they were going to fix and it took them more than a week and they still have not come out to even look at it. The two people that work in the office are very unprofessional and need to be fired ! They disrespect their tenets and the one lady Brittany flirts with my husband and makes excuses for why things run instead of apologizing for the issue ! They close the office during business hours to play around ! When people in these apartments need assistant they absolutely don't care and need to be fired !! I would post with no stars but they making me rate

I spent most of today going around to several properties in this area. The area in general is mixed with apartments, houses and businesses. It is a rundown area. This location looked decent in the photos listed, but seeing it was a different story. Another location that appears to offer low rent in exchange for no upkeep of the property. Online reviews seem to be pretty accurate as to the dilapidated state. I will happily pass on this one.
