I absolutely love my townhome! The maintenance request gets handled quick, the community is quiet and peaceful, the townhome is updated and modern but still gives a cozy feel! I love it here. No complaints.

Great Service and Worth the Price
Renting from them has been entirely positive. My family and I moved in a few months ago and the home was clean, spacious, and just as it was showed in the listing. Any small maintenance requests were dealt with swiftly and professionally. The staff has always been friendly and quite accessible. Expectations for lawn care have been clearly communicated, which I appreciate because it helps maintain the curb appeal of the neighborhood. The house feels like home, and we have been happy... living in the house.

"Living at Donovan has been a great experience. The property is well-maintained, quiet, and secure. Management is responsive and professional, and any maintenance requests are handled quickly. Cheap and careless
Don’t rent from them. They don’t care about their tenants or homes. They don’t take accountability for the condition of their homes. They ignore maintenance issues and wait for the tenants to realize that it’s broken or damaged. They care more about if your lawn is mowed than the relationships with tenants. You can never talk to a real person only whoever they have manning the chat. Their maintenance people don’t really know what they’re doing and they use the most cheap paint and wood known to... man.
