    Manager needs to GO

    I'm a REALTOR that just leased a client at Drewery Place. If you're considering moving here, save yourself the headache—unless you enjoy paying premium rates for power-tripping management and broken infrastructure.

    I was recently on-site helping a client move into their unit when the property manager cornered me in the elevator. Before I could even open my mouth, she cut me off with an absurd level of hostility, barking at me that I needed to go downstairs and check in immediately. The sheer    … arrogance was staggering. Imagine speaking to a complete stranger with that degree of unprovoked condescension without even knowing who they are—or that they’re the reason a new tenant just signed a lease in your building. But I suppose she was far too busy running around hanging "Notice to Vacate" fliers on the doors of non-paying residents to practice basic human decency or professional courtesy.

    Judging by recent reviews, her atrocious behavior is a habit—another realtor posted about being treated just as disrespectfully, on top of management failing to pay out their commission in a timely manner. It seems alienating the very professionals who bring business to this building is standard operating procedure here.

    To make matters worse, the property’s physical security is a total joke. Multiple "secure" access points don't even latch properly, allowing anyone to just push the doors open and walk right in. Given this building's history with security issues, it’s clearly only a matter of time before history repeats itself.

    And for the grand finale: my client has been in their unit for less than a week, and the upstairs neighbor has already flooded their own bathroom, sending water dripping straight down through my client’s ceiling light fixtures.

    It takes a special blend of incompetence to run a building with open-door security risks, active plumbing disasters, and a manager who treats everyone like an unwelcome intruder. It’s no mystery why your reviews are in the gutter. Save your money and go literally anywhere else.
