EaDo Lofts

My family and I moved here about 3 months ago and we absolutely love it here!!! We couldn't have chosen a better place to live!

Do not move here you will never get any maintenance to repair anything. I moved herE because of the nice pool area and convenience of the computer room and exercise room but everything is closed and the manager is not opening anything for the residents to enjoy but rent is due on time. This property needs help. Nothing is getting fixed, trash room is filled with trash and roaches. Leasing office is always locked. Don’t fall for this property it’s a nightmare.

You get what you pay for. Trash rooms have roaches and mice. All amenities are closed and haven’t been accessible for months. Elevators have not been working Since April( good luck packing groceries to the 2nd, 3rd and 4th level). Units are cheaply made and floors are coming up & I’ve only been here 3 months. Management needs help desperately that seems to not be comimg. Just spend the extra $200 and move elsewhere. You’ve been warned.

These new apartment is a hot mess the garbage shut is so nasty rats roaches is bad the elevator is dirty Can even breez on the elevator the inside the apartment is nice but outside is trashy Y’all need a better management because the one we have at EaDo lofts he’s never there he never answered the phone I need my apartment spray he is not helping out he can’t send nobody out but I have to live there with nothing but roaches and Crickets inside your apartment Big horse flys from that nasty trash… in the shoot room I have so many pics it will have you to throw up The hallways is dirty with dry up food and grease stains the ppls over there be dragging the trash omg Come and check your Apartment out Read More
