Unresponsive and Roach Infested!!!
This apartment is really poorly managed. The new management is not nearly as responsive as the previous ones were. Our unit was infested with roaches, and we have made several attempts to get them to assist us with the issues, aside from week long response times, and uncaring management, the parking is RIDICULOUS. They charge for valet trash and I have had several issues with them picking it up. I still have a request right now going on 2 weeks that they have yet to even address. Please head the… 2 star reviews and stay away from here. I will likely have to get rid of so much of my things when we move to avoid carrying an infestation with us, it's such a horrible experience. And to add salt to a wound, during the storm I asked for a few day extension without penalty as a resident that pays early EVERY SINGLE MONTH, they refused to work with me during such a difficult time, I know that exceptions aren't guaranteed to anyone but it just says a lot about a company on how they handle situations like that.
