If I could go back in time and warn myself before moving into Green Oaks Apartments, I certainly would. The same features that make this property appear ideally located also contribute to significant quality of life issues for residents.

Although this is a relatively new development, the property is very poorly maintained. Common areas frequently contain trash, broken glass, graffiti, animal waste, and other unsanitary conditions.

Maintenance activities appear to occur mainly before city or... agency inspections rather than on a regular basis.

The leasing office staff consistently demonstrate unprofessional and discourteous behavior. In my experience, they have engaged in deceptive practices, mishandled records, and violated multiple program, state, and federal housing policies.

The complex is also not disability accessible and management routinely ignores reasonable accommodation requests. In some cases, they misrepresent documentation and create false narratives to avoid accountability.

I Have Been Living In Green Oaks For Not Even 2 Months And My Apartment Pipes Burst And It Took 3 Hours For maintenance to come no one from the office showed up, I was told that they were not responsible for any of my property that got damaged. I asked him can he please remove the carpet they told me no that they would only remove the stuff under the carpet. The office people are very very disrespectful they do not give you a corporate office number I wouldn’t recommend no one to move here

I moved to green oak when they first open and live here for 2 years. Management was always helpful and nice when I needed them. Maintenance was always fast in mins knocking on your door . My only problem was the tenants were dirty leaving their trash outside their door . Tenants Vandalizing or littering the complex when the apartment was still new but maintenance was always fast to clean and fix it up. These tenants has no house etiquette whatsoever. I tried to call for 3 weeks and no one would answer or return my call. I finally got Rena today. She was rude and short with me as if she didn't have time to speak with me after I spent all that time waiting to speak to someone. I was shocked and appalled at the lack of professionalism and her tone with me. I wouldn't live here, period. She told me, "Well, there's only 1 person answering the phones!" (Like I am supposed to know this.) I thought, after 2 or 3 weeks and no return call, even 1... person should be able to do that.
I am sure she'll have some sort of snide comment as a reply. That will confirm what I am saying.

Most managers know the law. I asked her a simple question and she kept trying to tell me she wasn't affiliated with my complex. Well, why would I think she was?
