Disappointing experience here, mainly due to how mold issues have been handled. I reported a mold problem and it was marked as resolved without actually being fixed — I’ve had to keep pushing for months to get it addressed, with little urgency from the team. If you’re considering this property, I’d ask pointed questions about how they handle maintenance requests, especially anything involving mold.

Seamless move in process! Yadira in the leasing office was so helpful. Apartments are centrally located and close to everything, including Tejas Brewery and Target!

Move in was less smooth than anticipated due to two elevators not working. Fire alarm was going off the first time I entered apartment which was disappointing. A shelf under the cabinet was broken. Other than that, community is nice, quiet, and updated with great amenities!

Thank you for your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the inconveniences you experienced during your move-in process. Unfortunately, elevator outages can occur unexpectedly due to mechanical issues and are not always something we can anticipate.... When issues arise, our team works closely with our elevator vendor to restore service as quickly as possible.
Regarding the fire alarms, resident safety is our top priority. Fire alarm activations can occur when smoke or other triggers are detected within the community, and because these situations are often unexpected, advance notice is not possible. While we understand these disruptions can be frustrating, the alarm system is designed to ensure the safety of all residents.
We appreciate your patience and are pleased to hear that you have found the community to be nice, quiet, and updated with great amenities. Thank you for choosing to make our community your home.
