The community is beautiful. It has been difficult navigating throughout the community with my dog with the broken elevator as the quickest option is taking stairs from the 4th floor. It would also be helpful to add site maps throughout the property as there is none that I have seen. There is also no dog waste trash cans other than at the dog park that I have seen so adding those would be helpful.

Great apartment with great amenities. Move in process was smooth. Tour with Jesse was awesome and very thorough and informative. Also a new building which is a plus.

When I moved into the apartments, there are a lot of ants there. The floor wasn't clean, had a lot of dust and wood pieces. In addition, the Juliet balcony door can't be opened, and had water leak when there is a rain. None of these should be expected with a brand-new built apartment. In addition, I submitted a maintenance request to fix the balcony door, but the problem was not fixed the first time.
