I’ve lived her for FOUR years and this place has gone down the drain. 2020 I had a closet riddled with mold and now I have had my AC leaking for who knows how long, I’ve had brown and white goop/slime in the ac drain bin since the 20th of June and nothing has been done; it is now 7/7/22..No one has fixed anything. I am now actively I’ll and on two antibiotics and steroids…… do NOT move here

ZERO STARS. Move here only if you enjoy never ending noise and sleep deprivation.

ZERO STARS. If you desire even the bare minimum of peace and quiet do not move here. Get woken up every single night by noise in the pool area hours ranging between 12am-7am. Meaning people will stay out there until morning making noise. Save yourself sleep deprivation and live literally anywhere else. Take this advice from a current resident who is from New Orleans and is used to noise. Once again, ZERO STARS.

Horrible Mistake

I currently live here and I would absolutely concur with the very, very, poor reviews left below. From mold and musky smells, terrible response times in the front office and general lack of service – to the sanctioned towing’s of resident’s vehicles overnight, leaving you stranded for work the next morning, it has been a nightmare.

It actually started for me on day 1, when I needed maintenance to remove water and mold stains running down the wall from above the sliding glass door to the...
balcony. You would think that is the best shape your unit would be in, right? From there, the smell only got worse. They brought in an ozone treatment machine to remove the musky smell but it still lingers. I would assume based on the design of the building, there is plenty of mold to go around.

Inquiries and messages left with the front office are met with complete disregard and zero response. They do have a security guard on site overnight, which I had understood to be needed for the (rough) area. However, this is just to round up as many towing’s as possible. It would be great to see the quota arranged between the security and wrecker service.

The front office management, is a joke. This place is run like an absolute Mickey Mouse operation. If you are considering this complex, I would quite frankly, run.

I love it here!

I have lived here for almost 2 years and my neighbors are not only my neighbors, but my friends. Everyone is very friendly and I have gained a great group of friends from living here.
