I've lived here for three months. The staff has been great! They respond quickly to my request and are very friendly.

Rubi, who works in the office is professional and takes care of any concerns I have immediately.

My place feels cozy like a home should.My neighbors are nice and the complex itself is quiet.

No problems with roaches. Kitchen appliances are new with stainless steel refrigerators, dishwashers, microwaves & stoves

Another plus for me is the Lazy River located just across the... street. I TS very serene, I meet people who bicycle, jog & exercise on the equipment. I'm a walker, so the Lazy River keeps me in shape.

I will say the overflow of trash in the dumpster is a problem for me. To me it breeds mice & other rodents. It also cheapens the look of the apartments look.

The administration in Ranchstone are very organized, they are always ready to listen to residents and their needs. So far they have always been on time in handling repairs and making sure I and my family are comfortable.

Terrible property and management. I been without A/C and No stove for over a week in winter. No hot water and not a working fridge. This property had no urgency to fix my problem. NOTHING but Terrible help. the manager blew us off before the thanksgiving break knowing we was without power. We had to call corporate three times just to get any kind of help. DO NOT MOVE HERE. They will just neglect the residents till they are ready to help on there time. Worst year so far and I renewed. Plus they... only have they only have one trash can that never works. I've lived in several apartment communities in several different cities in Texas and Ranchstone is by far the best. The staff are very welcoming and attentive and our home is a great value for the price. They have all of the amenities we could want, including a sauna. We've been here almost 2 years and plan to stay until we purchase a home. We haven't had any pest issues and snagged our covered parking for only $10/mo!

I could never get rid of the roaches. The dumpster overflows bc they only have one and empty it once a week. Rude management.
