Management/Property

Omg, since the new owners and management arrived you can literally smell the change before you see it. Maintenance is very quick and responsive. The leasing agent Jacqueline is a pleasure to work with and talk to as well as Property Manager.... Keep up the great work as I look forward to renewal as long as you all are here

Awful Management

Maintenence at the complex is wonderful, but the management is awful. If anything has to be fixed by an outside company it will take at least two months for repairs. The machines in the laundry room have mostly been broken since 2019, and the apartment complex claims the vendor won't fix them. In that amount of time they would have found another vendor. It's been two months since we have been able to even use the laundry room. Their hope is tenants will all pay $45 a month in extra fees to lease… a washer and dryer from the complex. We already pay almost an extra $100 over rent in fees.

Run from here ASAP

Multiple murders , gun shots almost nightly , multiple thefts , negligent front officer workers and lazy maintenance workers. Foundation is
Slipping , constant weekly plumbing issues . You’ll be without water at least twice a week .
