Beautiful home to live in.

I really like living here. The location is the best, highly walkable. Everything is within 3 blocks. Numerous restaurants, shopping, grocery (Also the Galleria Mall).
You really do not need a car here. What I really love about the complex is that it is like living in a botanical garden. So many beautiful plants, tropical plants, flowers. Very tranquil. The pools are beautiful, especially because of the landscaping.
I am a commercial RE appraiser, so, I have seen/appraised many multi-family… apts/condos. There are few like this one. The complex is very well maintained. Management goes to great lengths to maintain the property in pristine condition. Interiors are updated and very well maintained. I love the window in the bathroom and flow-through ventilation. There is full time staff that takes care of the garden and the interior/exterior of the apts.
The only thing you may miss is there is no gym. For me, I would prefer to go to a gym of my choice. The location and ambiance of this beautiful complex is why a lot of people have been here for years.

Perfect!

Austin and Anna are great. Anna was very transparent and precise during my whole move in process. Only thing that was hard was picking the right unit because honestly they’re all lovely. I plan on staying here for as long as I can. Perfect location, perfect management, perfect maintenance and perfect property!

Amazing place to call home!

The most quaint, unique and comfortable apartment I have ever lived in. It is so well kept and clean! The apartments are large and spacious. The pool looks like you live in a vacation hot spot.

When you are here, you feel miles away from the city, when in fact you are in the middle of Uptown Houston and walking distance to the Galleria Mall.

The staff is A-1 here. You always get what you need.

The Best Property I Have Lived

I used to live at Marquee Uptown for about 5 years and loved every moment of it! Rachele, the property manager, is amazing at what she does! She is very knowledgeable, and she does an exceptional job at trying to take care of the residents and the property. Maintenance was always quick to respond to any of our maintenance issues. The property is very clean, and the landscaping is beautiful. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone who is looking for a beautiful, comfy, quiet place to… live and it is in such a prime location, just walking distance from EVERYTHING. I have no regrets or complaints!
