I have been with Cloudbreak 10 years you will never find a better place to live or find nicer staff members.

It's hard to believe that "limited income" apartments can be as nice and well managed as these are. The management for this property are EXCELLENT. They are professional and respectful. The property is kept very clean and security is on property. The apartments are in great condition. Maintenance requests are handled quickly. They also do preventative maintenance twice a year on the air conditioners to make sure that everything stays in working condition in your apartment. Utilities are... included in your rent. These are small apartments designed for single occupancy, but I can honestly say you get more than you pay for here. Anyone who has rented in Houston knows how rare it is to find an affordable, safe place to rent that is also well managed. Cloudbreak Communities do it though. Great place to live. Read More

Property management and Esmeralda were excellent very clear on the property lease took me took me on a tour viewing the property and it’s amenities Esmeralda went over and beyond to get my application approved and me into a nice clean apartment all of the staff at Travis St., Plaza was excellent gave me the utmost respect now I am proud to be a tenant at Travis street plaza, thank you’ll for the wonderful staff that in place, Esmeralda also gave me some complementary gift
