The staff on here writing fake reviews to get you to move in. I still live here and currently looking to move out. The whole apartment complex is boarded up if you dont believe me drive by. I have caught 4 mice in one day and a neighbor caught 37 mice in 7 months add in the roaches and bed bugs. My tub chaulking is black and brown. My kids room closet flooded 3 times in 9 months i had to cut the drywall out cause it was mold in the closet and the kids were getting sick. Still wanna live here? Oh... and they giving discounts to reel you in to lease from them.

This place is horrible and has gotten worse with the new owner, managment changes every few months. I have been here for almost 3 years and I was told by multiple maitenance people that in order for any of the problems in my apartment to be fixed I have to call the city. The pool is currently closed with a red sign on it from what looks like the city inspector, there is also a violation sticker on the front office door. They litarly have one of those every other month it seems like. Currently my... AC does not work, my sink has been leaking so long it has begun to rot the wood under it, my ac before it went out which by the way was over 3 months ago and I have had to purchase a window unit, Leaked to the point where my ceiling in the bathroom now has a huge crack in it and I am worried it will cave in I am not sure if it has dried out up there or not. That is just some of the issues that I am currently dealing with. On top of that they expect you to continue to pay rent on time but will not fix anything. Even the new management doesn't fix anything and I have multiple tenants who would agree with me. I am currently calling the city and will be making a call to the local news outlets about the property.

We have been noticing a great turnaround in the property since the owners have changed the management. They have taken an active role in making sure that repairs are done and upkeep is done commensurate with the city requirements. There is a huge improvement with security. There are a number of security now living on site that have improved the quality of life. They are offering nice 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom apartments with nice prices. The management staff is friendly and getting repairs done.... There is quick turnaround if a repair is needed. I highly recommend this place
