GREAT PLACE TO LIVE!

I HAVE LIVED HERE FOR A YEAR AND HAVE JUST RENEWED ANOTHER YEAR'S LEASE. GREAT LOCATION, NEAR 288 AND CLOSE TO MEDICAL CENTER. GREAT OFFICE AND MAINTENANCE STAFF. MAINTENANCE STAFF AVAILABLE 24 HOURS FOR EMERGENCY REPAIRS. AFFORDABLE AND COMFORTABLE LIVING. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS COMPLEX.

DO NOT MOVE HERE

I have lived here from 2014-2016 and this place floods, parking is scarce, and you will NOT be safe. We have noticed on our door every other week regarding burglary, robbery, and vandalism. I am month to month and put in a 30 notice to leave but because it was in the middle of month I was told my notice was invalid. My across the street neighbor in the complex was robbed at gunpoint two days ago and car and purse was stolen but the office staff says that unless you are the victim they will not… release you from the lease so they could care less about the tenants or their safety. I've contacted Khou news, BBB, Housing Authority and will warn everyone I can. The water is shut off for hours at a time and I've even gone overnight without it. Staff is professional until you have a concern or maintenance issues. Spare yourself the problems and find somewhere else.

Park At Yellowstone

I have been staying here for 6 months... The Office Staff are very helpful and prompt when it comes to getting your repair needs taken care of. They always call to verify that your issue has been resolved. I have had no issues with break-ins and I always have a parking spot available right in front of my Town home no matter what time I come home. If it wasn't for me moving out of state next summer I would definitely renew my lease.
