Parque at Bellaire

I’ve been living here for about 2 years it was great at first then something change the grounds looks horrible. The big black bold man who suppose to be working but never do I have repeated call the office for the same work order leak and nothing is. Done I’m not renewing my lease not to mention there are roaches lots of them and the pools are greens dog poo is everywhere. This property is great. I love how my 1 bedroom is set up and how clean it was when I moved in. The outside is wonder and kept. Maintenance is on point. The management is wonderful, all the girls are nice. The Manager Cicey, is so great, very knowledgeable about the property and she cares about her tenants. This has been on the best moves I have made.

Management team is wonderful. They keep the property nice, maintenance does a good job.

The new staff and management are absolutely horrible, they have no idea what they are doing and it shows

Don’t move here don’t recommend prices are cheap but there is a reason for that. Rats, roaches, and management who clearly does not know what she is doing as well as her staff.
