Pine Lake Village

I have lived here for 2 years and I am glad my lease is up. Management does not want to fix anything. They only come out if something needs to be fixed in an emergency. Other than that they leave it how it is and claim that if it does not bother or is life threatening they can leave it like that "for now" yet never even try to come and fix it. The trash bins are almost always so full and on the grounds. The ventilation obviously needs some work/repair because I can always smell what other units... are cooking or even smoking. Not to mention this place has a mold problem. Last but not least, the new management lady is so rude. The previous lady was super nice its so sad not to have her anymore. They are great the manager Ruby is awesome I just love her she cares so much about her tenents and she do as much as possible to make you feel right at home. Alex the maintenance guy is amazing he fixes everything when it needs to be fixed.The grounds are well kept and on the inside of the apartments are so cute. I have lived here for 5 years and for good reasons. These apartments have really nice floorplans, quiet, and well kept. Maintenance is very prompt and courteous. I have never feared for my safety. And when there is a neighbor that causes disruption to the quiet community, and enough people complain, they will get them OUT! If your budget is tight, but you still want a nice spacious apartment.

Ive lived here for 10yrs. The first 5yrs was great, but after, it went downhill. Different property management has come and gone and no improvements have been made to the apartments. There is a bad roach and raccoon problem here too. Ive taken pictures, called the management company and nothing has been done. Once my lease is up next year, i will move. Im tired of my rent being increased while there are no improvements to the apartments.

Since I have been a resident there I truly havnt have any complaint. The new management of the property have went above and beyond they have put in carports& assign parking which makes it easier for the lady resident that come home at night we now security on property they redid the pond & pool its more lights on the property also we have new landscapeing its so much new stuff the new management have done that's just on the outside I haven't even talk about on the inside evey apartment... receive new appliances.
